NZ Kitchen Renovations

Scope 2 of 3

Mid-scope refit

New cabinetry, new appliances — bench, plumbing and walls stay where they are.

The most popular kitchen renovation tier in NZ. Out goes the existing kitchen entirely, in comes new joinery — new carcasses, new doors, new drawer system, new bench tops, new appliances, new sink. The bench runs the same length and the plumbing rough-in stays put, so no walls move and no consent is usually required. The 80/20 of kitchen renos.
